As a distributor of Miki Co., Ltd. products, a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects is offered to protect your investment. Please note that the warranty does not cover problems resulting from warping and abuse.

This warranty applies to Miki co., Ltd. product items purchased for personal and commercial use. Miki Co., Ltd. warrants that, when used appropriately and as intended by the manufacturer, product items are free of manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.

We guarantee your satisfaction with each item. Should any product item not meet your satisfaction because of a manufacturing flaw, return it to us new and in its original condition within 14 days, for a replacement.


This warranty does not cover damages or failure attributable to:

  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear of the product
  • Cosmetic Blemish
  • Defects caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance
  • Defects caused by product modifications
  • Defects caused by exposure to the elements, including precipitation, sunlight and humidity
  • Defects or damage caused by severe accidents (e.g. fire, flood)


This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is NOT transferable.

The Limited Warranty applies only to those products purchased from Mezz USA.

Miki Co., Ltd. products are created with wood materials. Variations in color and wood grain are normal and not considered defects.


The obligations of Miki Co., Ltd. are limited to repair or replacement of the product found to defective under this Limited Lifetime Warranty. In no event shall Miki Co., Ltd. and Mezz USA be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, of any nature, or kind or for damages to or loss of property. This warranty does not cover the cost of transportation of new product.


To make a claim, contact Mezz USA at Proof of purchase is mandatory when requesting warranty service.

Mezz USA reserves the right to request photographs, video and documentation before processing any warranty claim.

After evaluation of the claim, the purchaser must ship the product with prepaid insurance to Mezz USA, together with:

  • Proof of original purchase
  • A description of the asserted defect
  • The name, address and phone number of the original purchaser to whom the product is to be returned.

Please ship your cue or shaft to be repaired in a tube or in a triangular box. Avoid flat square boxes to prevent further damage due to shipping. We also recommend that you insure your package for the suggested retail value in case it is damaged during shipping.
