Mezz USA Guarantee
Mezz USA guarantees that our cues and accessories are 100% manufactured in Japan. 
All products are manufactured at the Miki Mezz Japan Factory and are not outsourced. 
Our products are free from defects and have been processed through tight quality control
standards at the Miki Mezz factory.  Please contact us immediately, if you have received
items with defects.  We can exchange, credit or refund the amount.  Mezz USA
guarantees the best prices for Mezz Cues and 100% customer satisfaction.

Defect/Damage Claims
All claims must be presented within 7 days of receipt of shipment.  Claims will not be
considered or accepted after that period.

Returns
Any returns must be authorized by Mezz USA with a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number prior to shipment.  Shipping of the return items will be paid by the
dealer/distributors.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returned orders.  

International Shipping
Mezz USA ships only to the USA and Canada. Find a Mezz Cues dealer outside of the USA and Canada.
